McLarty Daniel Collision Center is looking for an Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our winning team.

We're looking for someone to work with our vendors to order necessary replacement parts, ensure timely delivery and distribution of parts, and maintain accurate accounting records for the parts department.

Responsibilities:
Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shopWork with vendors to locate and order partsReceive parts and inspect for quality and accuracyEnsure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production scheduleMaintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or returned partsKeep parts area clean and organized for production efficiencyAttend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
Qualifications:
1-3
years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)Solid problem-solving abilitiesAbove average computer proficiencyAbove average organizational skillsAbility to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environmentAbility to work well with others and achieve common goalsOther duties as assigned

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
