Reporting to the VP Strategy & Planning, the ideal candidate will create a culture of continuous learning by creating, driving and implementing Technology focused talent development initiatives and processes to align with current and future strategic needs of the organization.
These initiatives include both technical, non-technical, and leadership development paths.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology Business Administration HR Organization Development or related field is required.
Master's or PhD is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a related leadership role.
Partnering with talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance consulting, business improvement.
Supervisory:
5
direct reports.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
