This position is responsible for managing all financial reporting and internal control aspects of the international segment.
This role is instrumental in providing financial leadership and overall controllership to the International segment with a strong focus on delivering the stated financial and business goals of company.
This role encompasses building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships throughout both the International segment and other corporate enabling functions.
Actively participating in the implementation of the segments strategic plan, which includes accelerated growth through both organic and in-organic opportunities, will also be a critical aspect of the overall role.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results and financial trends.
Responsible for the accurate tracking and reporting of the company's International spend inclusive of monthly and quarterly account analysis and reporting to our external audit partners.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and analysis processes inclusive of financial communication to leadership teams.
Provide insight and analytical support to the development of quarterly and annual external investor messaging and support of 10Q and 10K.
Develop and drive necessary financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Play a leading role in directing change initiatives and process improvements.
Maintain effective systems and controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and processes in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP/IFRS requirements.
Driving process change to affect efficiencies in overall accounting and finance processes.

Must also be able to communicate effectively in writing.
Partnering mentality with the ability to collaborate with the business to develop consensus and drive process efficiencies and business solutions.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting or equivalent experience.
CPA(preferred)
Experience:
10+years of accounting/controllership experience Computer Skills:
Requires strong computer skills; must have working ability with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outloock; working knowledge of typical general ledger and accounting software packages preferred; SAP and PowerBI experience is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
This position will interact with and is expected to communicate results/recommendations and secure buy-in across a broad range of users, stakeholders and management.
Must possess the ability to translate complex technical information into business facing language.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory:
This position has direct reports Travel:
1-4 trips per year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
