This task is to be performed each time the truck is moved forward in the hanging dock, Open cage door on livehaul trailer, and reach into the cage, Grasp the turkey around the lower leg(s), Pull turkey out of cage and turn turkey around so that turkey's breast is facing toward the shackle and breast rub, Responsible for picking up any loose live turkeys, in or around hanging dock, Places both feet of the turkey into the outside v kill line shackle, Falls from platform when trailer not in bay or moving from platform - leave platform or place cattle panel into special holes.
