Summary: This position is responsible for working with Food Service customers. The job will include auditing and processing check requests and deductions as well as researching and resolving outstanding issues by working with field sales, broker network, customers and customer service representatives in their market and other duties or special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3
years of office experience; 1 year of Tyson office systems preferred, AP/AR background preferred.
Computer Skills: 10 Key, Typing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; Tyson
Computer Skills: knowledge of SEM, SAP, and SIM helpful.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent phone skills & professionalism.
Special Skills: Must be able to process high volume of checks and deductions for Tyson customers with accuracy and work with deadlines. Work is extremely varied and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies and procedures. Broad guidelines must be interpreted to develop and implement programs or procedures to achieve work results. Position is responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems.
