- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a skilled laborer or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance procedures - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Note:
