If you are creative, disciplined and driven to succeed, this may be the position you've been looking for!ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will perform project management tasks by working with Estimator(s), Office Manager, and the Operations Manager, and Field Superintendent in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and provide exceptional customer service.
o Contract Review to include reviewing SOW and SOV for accuracy.
o Material procurement and coordination o Provide support to the Field Staff o Review daily project documents to include invoices, credit card charges, quotes, and timesheets.
o Invoicing customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Thrive in a fast paced environment, effectively managing incoming tasks from the field, upcoming jobs, and leadership o Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and dependability while accurately meeting hard deadlines.
o Active member of a team with the common goal of providing top-notch service, safety, communication, and project fulfillment.

o Direct responsibility for your Field Superintendent along with three fully-staffed crews.

QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/AbilityAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications.
Ability to calculate square footage, volumes and percentages using a personal computer and calculator.
Ability and skill in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, as in providing written and oral instructions to employees and in communicating with architects, clients and subcontractors.
Knowledge of and application skills in geometry, trigonometry and algebra.
Working knowledge of personal computers and basic software programs.
Ability to manage project teams and groups of personnel, and ability to accomplish desired results through delegation.
Knowledge and ability to prepare detailed construction project plans, schedules and estimates and to make proper modifications to such, using a personal computer and standard company software.
EducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ExperienceAt least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
