Qualifications:
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Arkansas (Or neighboring states) 2
years experience as NHA in skilled setting Strong understanding of senior care regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to manage in a hands-on manor, being visible and engaged with staff, residents, and families.
