Mgr Med Staff Credentialing
Responsible for monitoring the verification process for Community Quality alliance and PremierCare of Northwest Arkansas.
Completes physician, advanced practicing provider and other provider verifications and ensures that the organization and staff are in accordance with staff by-laws, industry trends and standard credentialing procedures.
Monitors NCQA guidelines to ensure organization stays in compliance with all new updates.
Leads the payor audit process to keep the organization in compliance with delegated credentialing status.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works with teams across other departments and organizations to meet deadlines.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
All other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
