Performing grounds maintenance and heavy facility maintenance.
The general purpose of this position is to perform regular and directed maintenance ensuring that all units, buildings, pool and property are kept in a functional and safe condition.
Primary responsibilities include daily pool maintenance, all maintenance request for occupied and unoccupied units, all necessary repairs and replacements for turning units, HVAC diagnostics, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and minor carpentry.
Must be able to communicate effectively with property manager, organize work orders by priority, and handle multi-tasking.
Will be responsible for informing property manager of when to call licensed vendors, when to replace appliances, status updates and plan preventive maintenance.
On call on emergency basis only.
Jack of All Trades? Higher pay range for someone who is licensed in HVAC and has pool operator certification.
Will consider paying for certifications but MUST be able to hit the ground running in all areas.
