Responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to run Continuous Improvement events such as DMAIC and Kaizen events.
Top duties to perform:
Process mapping, Applying LSS method and tools, meeting facilitation.
Creates material and provides training for Super users that supports the Continuous Improvement competency.
Roll up and monitor ACE/Lean metrics and report to Program leadership.
Produce various real-time routine reports, covering capacity, productivity, Service Level commitments, cycle time, volumes, and operational streams for the Business Financial Services Operations portfolio Qualifications and Skills Required:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
Attention to detail, ability to delegate, oversee long-term projects, etc.
Facilitate continuous improvement events.
Ability to work with the business to identify and define opportunities for improvement, and vast knowledge of the tools used in LSS projects.
Management experience, project leadership experience, IT experience, LSS BB certification with a working knowledge and practice.
Basic Microsoft Suite skills, MiniTab, or other statistical tools.
5 years of Management experience and 2 years of LSS experience with certification Job Types:
