The candidate will be expected to run Continuous Improvement events such as DMAIC and Kaizen events Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
Primary Duties:
Process mapping, Applying LSS method and tools, meeting facilitation.
Special Abilities:
Facilitate continuous improvement events.
Ability to work with the business to identify and define opportunities for improvement.
Vast knowledge of the tools used in LSS projects.
Skills:
Management experience project leadership experience IT experience LSS BB certification with a working knowledge and practice.
Experience:
Basic Microsoft Suite skills.
Expert of Minitab or another statistical tool.
2 years LSS experience with certification.
