Tyson Foods is looking for a Lead Analyst Applications in their Information Technology organization to help our Inventory and Manufacturing business teams transform core systems into a modern technology architecture that positions us for the future. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys helping solve complex problems. Do I have the skills? The Inventory and Manufacturing team is critical to the success of Tyson Foods. We have key strategic initiatives occurring in this space to transform our existing applications to better enable of business decision making. The ideal person will have a working knowledge in SAP IM, SAP MM, SAP WM, and SAP eWM as well as experience with other operations focused systems such as integration to external warehouses, manufacturing execution systems, and analytics. They must be capable of driving outcome-based conversations at every level of the organization and work in multi-functional efforts to drive successful technology facilitation. They will need to be able to effectively communicate business requirements to IT Architecture and Technical Analysts to find solutions to fit needed business outcomes. Their understanding of plant floor systems and the integration back to the ERP platform will be critical as they will be a critical team member on our projects transforming the inventory and manufacturing solutions for Tyson Foods. College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical field
Experience:
5 years of industry experience. Previous business analyst experience preferred. Previous SAP inventory and supply chain experience preferred. Computer Skills:
Advanced general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office preferred Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers peers and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment. Supervisory:
