Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in assessing the company's global property and liability risk and delivering insurance services that meet Tyson's financial and strategy goals. Responsibilities include:
assisting the Sr. Manager in managing of casualty insurance program, property insurance program, and international insurance programs. Additionally, this position will be in charge of managing the internal Workers' Compensation and Casualty claim system, as it pertains to the reporting needs of the department; Other duties include:
stay up on current human and transportation safety initiatives; maintain awareness and reasonable understanding of all other insurance program activities to ensure ability to effective serve as back up when needed; completion of annual insurance applications; active engagement in annual strategy process; implement and evaluate exposure valuation and internal allocation process; other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
5
years of experience. Computer Skills:
Standard computer skills; proficient in excel a preferred Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory:
This position is responsible for supervising a Senior Financial Analyst who performs the same or similar duties. Travel:
1-2 domestic trips per year.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate Finance, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
