Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to serve as a liaison for the Supply Chain COE Team to all cross functional partners that share data or processes across the Supply Chain. As a process design subject matter expert, this role will investigate process breakdowns between Supply Chain Planning, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Operations, Finance, and Procurement. This role will collaborate with the Supply Chain COE and upper management to identify, recommend, develop, and plan to implement cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization. This role will develop standard operating procedures, provide master data representation for Supply Chain, develop a reporting strategy, and ensure accurate data usage between departments. REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires a very high degree of broad operational knowledge of business processes within Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, and I.T. functions. This role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively present to large groups. Additionally, the individual must be able to convey convincing arguments across a number of business and I.T. disciplines. The role will:
direct and plan communications with internal customers on upcoming projects; perform all front-end planning required to identify, document, and support effective project execution; analyze existing cross-functional processes and data to develop and implement ways to improve or transition the functional areas to meet business objectives; provide support for internal customers for requests on master data, reporting, and other information; develop process flow diagrams and key performance indicators that can be used to measure the success of processes. Education:
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
10 years related experience. Computer Skills:
Standard computer skills. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills. Special Skills:
High degree of project management experience required. High degree of personal presentation skills required; Previous successful experience managing multiple complex projects required. Supervisory:
May be responsible for supervision for other team members. Travel:
6-11 domestic trips per year.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
