Job Description
Performs a wide variety of administrative, clerical, accounting, and related support functions for store operations and/or sales.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
1. Performs various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phones, preparing reports and maintaining records.
2. Performs basic accounting functions such as invoicing, matching tickets, processing purchase orders, and functional payroll.
3. Receives and dates incoming production orders, processes production tickets and maintains associated files as necessary.
4. Operates the computer as needed for general reports and record keeping.
5. Opens and sorts mail. Processes items as applicable.
6. Orders office supplies and keeps records of associated costs.
7. Maintains customer records.
8. Provides information and assistance to customers both in person and on the telephone.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
1. Minimum education required-- High School Diploma.
2. Minimum experience required-- 1 year of office/administration.
3. Special skills required-- Ability to type accurately 50 WPM, clerical skills, use of computer and word processor, good communication skills and basic accounting and inventory principles.
4. Confidentiality requirement--Frequently exposed to confidential information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
